This recipe is great when everyone has the flu, weaken it a little with more water for small children.
Juice of one lemon and one lime or 2 of either (orange, tangerine, etc. or 1/2 to 1 cup of any fruit juice, green tea, etc. can be substituted)
1/2 teaspoon sea salt (sodium chloride)
1/4 teaspoon lite salt (potassium chloride) 1/4 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 cup natural cane sugar/maple syrup (apple juice may also be used for sweetener)
2 quarts warm water
Place all ingredients in a large pitcher or jug and stir or shake until well mixed.
Chill and keep refrigerated until used.
