This is what Yahweh God Almighty says…

Why have my people made me so angry with their false worship of worthless foreign gods?  The harvest is past, summer has ended, and we are not saved.  Since the daughters of my people are suffering, I am troubled.  I am grieved, and horror takes hold of me.  Is there no cure here? Is there no healer here? So why is there no healing for the suffering of the daughters of my people?

Oh that my head could flow with water and my eyes cry a river of tears!  I would weep day and night for those of my people, who are being destroyed.  Oh that I had a place to stay in the countryside so that I might leave my people and go away from them; for they are all a bunch of unfaithful people, like adulterers.  They get their tongues ready like bows, and shoot lies at their targets; they do not stand up for truth in the land.  They do one sinful thing after another and do not know Me, says Yahweh God.

Beware of your friends and do not trust even your own family members.  For every one of them is a liar, and every friend will try to destroy your reputation.  Friend deceives friend, and no one speaks the truth.  They have taught their tongues to lie and tire themselves out with constant sinning.  You live in the midst of a great deception; they deceive themselves and refuse to come to know Me, says Yahweh God.

So this is what Yahweh God Almighty says, “See, I will perfect and test them, for how else can I purify the sin of My people?  Their tongues are like deadly arrows flying with lies.  Though everyone speaks peaceably to their neighbor, in their hearts they try to trap one another.  Should I not punish them for this, says Yahweh God?  Should I not avenge myself on a nation like this? … Who is wise enough to understand this?  Who has been instructed by God and can explain it?  Why has the land been ruined and burned up like a scorched land that no one can cross?  Yahweh God said, “It is because they have forsaken my law which I gave them; they have not obeyed me or followed my law.  Instead they have followed the evil ways of their own hearts; they have copied the false worship their ancestors taught them…

This is what Yahweh God Almighty says… The sound of crying is heard… See how we are ruined! See how great our shame is!… This is what Yahweh God Almighty says: Let the wise not brag about their wisdom or the strong brag about their strength or the rich brag about their riches, but let those who brag, only brag about this: that they understand and know me, that I am Yahweh God, who acts with kindness, justice, and righteousness on the earth, because I am pleased with these.

The days are coming, says Yahweh God, when I will punish all who worship falsely… all those who live in the desert lands of distant places. For all these nations worship falsely and even my own people are worshiping Me falsely in their hearts.

About mamaheartfilled

I am a mother of eight wonderfully challenging children and nine grandkids, of whom I am very proud. I am also a bi-vocational ordained evangelical minister, and a Christian Counselor. I received my B.S. degree in 2004, studying primarily in the areas of Psychology, with minors in Religion and English. I received my Masters Degree in 2009 in Psychological Counseling with an emphasis in Christian Counseling. I have endeavored to paraphrase the Bible, both Old and New Testaments, for the last ten years or so and am working on a final edit, now. It is my hope that it will be of some use in the great commission of Christ. My ministry is primarily geared toward victims of sexual and domestic violence, including victims of childhood sexual abuse, whether currently or in the past. Since I have personally experienced the healing hand of God in overcoming many of the life issues that Christians may face, I feel qualified and compelled to discuss them in a truthful and open manner, as God’s word tells us that “We shall know the truth and the truth shall set us free.” God has brought me through such diverse tribulations as sexual, physical, and mental abuse, being a victim of a drunk driving accident, spousal pornography addiction, adultery, divorce, remarriage, a very brief, though unjust, incarceration, and having experienced multiple miscarriages and various other trials. I have been asked to leave two Southern Baptist Churches, due to my being a female, ordained as a minister, and fired from a SBC sponsored Christian School (mostly white) for speaking out against racial prejudice in the Family of God. Through God’s merciful forgiveness of my own sins and inadequacies and God’s grace given to me to forgive those who have been a stumbling block to me, I have overcome many of these adversities. God’s word tells us that “All things work together for good to those who love the Lord and are called according to the purposes of God." Since I have this hope, I believe that God has blessed me with the ability to confront and relate these issues to the Christian community around the world. I hope to be able to use my personal experiences as a ministry of God’s grace and in the comforting of the people of God with the truth of God's mercy. I claim II Corinthians 1: 3 & 4 as my calling, which states: “Blessed be God, the Origin of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Origin of mercies, and the God of comfort; who comforts us in all our troubles, that we may be able to comfort those who are in trouble, by the comfort we ourselves have been given by God.” As I have received the gift of God’s healing, I hope to be able to bring the peace beyond understanding to others with the message of God’s mercy and grace. My love for the Sovereign Lord of my life, Jesus Christ, along with my passion for writing has drawn me to explore these commonly experienced crisis issues from the perspective of my own experience in the hope that I may bring an empathetic and compassionate insight to God’s people. I am now a published author and have several books in publication, including my autobiography, "A Little Redneck Theology." The views expressed in my writings are strictly my own insights, acquired from personal experience and diligent study of the related topics and God’s word concerning them. Though I am an ordained minister, my views should not be considered authoritative. I believe that the Christian community’s ultimate authority is the guidance of the human heart by the Holy Spirit and the Word of God.

  1. People should return to the One and Only One God, Jehovah, who is the Father of Jeshua (Jesus) and us all. So many Christians do not want to accept Jesus for what he really has done, given his life for all people and having lived up to the Laws of God. Too many Christians still adore him not as a god but as God. Strangely enough they make pictures and statues of him, while in case it would be God (which he is not) would be an abomination to the most High and going against the second commandment of God.
We all should hear the Voice of God and keep to His commandments, doing His Will and following His son Jeshua (Jesus Christ) the Messiah.

    • Jesus Christ is God’s son,and God with a big G. And God’s name is not Jehovah, but Yahweh! If you believe anything other than that, you need to read the Bible thoroughly again! Jehovah’s witnesses are wrong in their theology. Don’t try to spread that false worship here!

      • Perhaps you mistake us for Jehovah’s Witnesses. We may witness for the Most High Elohim but we do have nothing to do with the American Watchtower Society.
We do not know which language you speak, but for sure also in your language you shall fine enough Bible versions where you shall be able to find the real name of God: Jehovah.
As you seemed to be based in the United States of America, you probably have English as your main language and do not speak Hebrew, so just look in the basic standard Bibles in your own language where is written:
“4 And when Jehovah saw that he turned aside to see, God called unto him out of the midst of the bush, and said, Moses, Moses. And he said, Here am I. 5 And he said, Draw not nigh hither: put off thy shoes from off thy feet, for the place whereon thou standest is holy ground. 6 Moreover he said, I am the God of thy father, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob. And Moses hid his face; for he was afraid to look upon God.” (Exodus 3:4-6 ASV)

“And when Abram was ninety years old and nine, Jehovah appeared to Abram, and said unto him, I am God Almighty; walk before me, and be thou perfect.” (Genesis 17:1 ASV)
“and when Abram was ninety-nine years old, Jehovah appeared to Abram and said to him, I [am] the Almighty god! walk before me and be perfect.” (Genesis 17:1 MKJV)

“and I appeared unto Abraham, unto Isaac, and unto Jacob, as God Almighty; but by my name Jehovah I was not known to them.” (Exodus 6:3 ASV)
“and I appeared to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob [as] god Almighty. but I was not known to them [by] the name JEHOVAH.” (Exodus 6:3 MKJV)

      • Most English translations use Jehovah, which is a man-made word using the wrong vowels with the wrong consonants. Yahweh is the true name in the Hebrew.
