US judge says case too horrific for jury for homosexual man who used young son in porn

An Australian homosexual man, Mark J Newton, accused of using his young son, a boy he bought in Russia, in child pornography posted online has been sentenced in a U.S. court after videos were found downloaded on a home computer in Indiana. Police discovered a ‘mountain of material’ and seized computers, electronic equipment and documents that uncovered high-definition video and images of child pornography. Pornographic recordings of the abuse were found on computers in San Francisco, Arlington, Va., and Anderson, Ind., according to investigators. U.S. postal inspectors worked with federal prosecutors to trace the pornography to its source. Two other boys were also abused, prosecutors said. The man was found to be part of a global pedophile ring. The Boy Lovers Network is known to police as a forum for men who describe sexual abuse of boys between the ages of two and 10 as a form of (consensual?) love between man and boy. (How in God’s name can a baby consent to a sexual relationship?)

The judge noted that the man, who has dual U.S.-Australian citizenship, and his Australian homosexual partner,  Peter Truong, 36, went to great lengths to “acquire” an infant from a mother in an unspecified foreign country and brainwashed him into thinking the abuse he endured was normal.

The 42-year-old man was sentenced to 40 years in prison after pleading guilty to conspiracy charges involving child exploitation. The Indiana federal judge said she accepted the plea agreement, even though he deserved much worse punishment, because the videos were too horrific to show a jury.

During the hearing, Federal prosecutor Steve DeBrota said the charges stemmed from abuse that occurred when the boy was 5 or 6 years old, but added they discovered video this week showing the man using the boy for a sex act when he was less than 2 years old. Investigators also allege the man and his partner took the boy to foreign countries where they allowed at least eight men to sexually abuse him, often recording the acts. Two other American men have also been charged in the case. Prosecutors say the crimes occurred in Australia, the U.S, France and Germany. “These men submitted this young child to some of the most heinous acts of exploitation that this office has ever seen,” Indiana U.S. Attorney Joe Hogsett said in a statement following the hearing.

The homosexual partners had been living with the boy in California, where they were able to use falsified records to legalize an adoption, according to court records. The man’s homosexual partner, Peter Truong, also has been convicted, according to prosecutors, but has not yet been sentenced. Mark Newton and Peter Tuong illegally adopted the Russian boy for $8000.

Russian President Vladimir Putin just signed laws limiting the adoption of Russian children by foreign gay couples as a result.  The bill sharply limits the adoption of Russian children by people from countries that allow same-sex marriage (the United States). The new law prohibits adoption by same-sex foreign couples whose homeland recognizes their union as marriage, as well as by single people or unmarried couples from those countries. Putin also approved a ban on giving children any information about gays. (If only we had a president like this! But since Obama is alledged to be gay himself, we will never see it happen. No, these idiots in America want to shove it down the throats of our children in our public schools and legalize adoptions by homosexuals so they can have easy access to children to abuse and indoctrinate!)

Queensland police officer Jon Rouse, who investigates online child exploitation as part of Taskforce Argos, says authorities in Australia won’t rest until all the men involved in the network have been caught.

During the recent hearing, the man told the judge he was sorry and loved his son and that being a father was the best six years of his life.  (Unfortunately for the child, it was the worst six years of his life! This is not love, this is unadulterated evil! These men deserves the worst place in Hell!)
